Our self care challenge for March was so successful we’re back for part 2. What better way to kick off spring than with a 30 day health and wellness challenge right? Something I hear a lot from my supporters is that they “don’t know where to start with self care” or they “need to make time for self care.” You’re the most important project you’ll ever work on. You have to take the time to care for yourself.
Self care is NOT all about fancy facials, bubble baths, and treating yourself. Although I love my facials and detox baths. Effective self care is simply the act of taking care of yourself, mentally, physically, emotionally, and sexually.
