What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

When will my order ship?

DUE TO COVID-19 ORDERS WILL TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after processing.  Unless custom color is requested or item is fulfilled by a third party, please allow 3 business days for updated tracking on custom orders. Currently rechargeable lighters, shoes and sleep mask arrive in 14-21 business days.


How do I track my order?

Tracking confirmation is sent electronically via email. 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Of course! Once payment is confirmed an email will be sent
to the email address associated with order information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes!! We offer worldwide shipping. 

What shipping outlets do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

We don't accept refunds or exchanges on apparel. All items are made when ordered. 

Retreat refund request must be requested via email 60 days prior to the retreat start date. All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Please allow 90 business days to receive the refund after your request has been submitted.
