Integrating Your Shadow Course 2
21 Day Shadow Work course. Part 2 of a 3 month series starts 10.10.21
Shadow work comes from the term “the shadow self,” which was made famous by 20th-century psychologist Carl Jung. In Jungian psychology, this term describes the unconscious parts of the personality that our conscious ego doesn’t want to identify in itself. “Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is,” Jung wrote. In short, the shadow self is the darker side of ourselves we repress or ignore. Just think of it as an invisible bag you drag around behind you. Bag lady learn to pack light. Unpack some of those bags and free yourself. Integrate your shadow so you won’t be a total push over. Join us for part 2 of unsilencing your shadow the integrating phase. We start 10.10 via Facebook group.
